New Zealand duo Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, AKA the folk/comedy-band Flight of the Conchords, star in this fictionalized look at their lives. Bret and Jamie are trying to make it big in New York City, despite their inept manager Murray, and their sole fan/stalker Mel. Only he knows how to get to the money, but his partner is getting greedy and as things turn sour Gregory finds that home in Canada is a long way away。
