二十多岁的儿子因失恋而垂头丧气、郁郁寡欢，一向对儿子保护过度的母亲竭尽全力为儿子排忧解难，却忽略了自己的婚姻。。數年前，一起駭人事件讓里妮（塔菈芭絲洛飾）失去了媽媽和最小的弟弟。如今，里妮和爸爸、弟弟、妹妹搬到公寓居住，努力重建生活。他們原本以為，住在房客眾多的公寓比較安全，但在邪惡力量再度找上門時，這一家人才意識到，素未謀面的鄰居反而可能帶來更多危險……。。Dr. Braun is forbidden to practice medicine because he's a Jew living in Nazi occupied Czechoslovakia. He's old, seems resigned about the fate of the Jews, and even works in the Department of Confiscation of Jewish Property. One day a neighbor asks him to assist a wounded political fugitive. Dr. Braun reluctantly operates to remove the bullet, but warns that plenty of morphine ...。
