影片根据故事《高文爵士与绿衣骑士》改编，讲述亚瑟王在自己的宫廷里举行宴会。一位绿衣骑士前来向圆桌骑士挑战：有谁敢当场砍下他的头，并让他一年后回敬一斧。高文接受挑战，砍下了绿衣骑士的头。那具依然活着的躯体捡起头颅，回到绿色的教堂。一年以后，高文践约去寻找绿衣骑士。。居住在意大利的卢西奥·弗尔兹（卢西奥·弗尔兹饰，也是本片导演兼编剧）脑子时常会有谋杀案的场景出现，于是他边去拜访了一位心理医生（大卫·L·汤普森饰），两人一起寻找答案，结果却发现事情远远不是如他们所想的那么简单……。When a string of unexplained deaths occur at Ashburn Waters Campgrounds, the facility is forced to close its gates for the safety of the public.
