Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。讲述了皇城司神捕柳天因一桩与彩门戏法有关的案件，与戏法师凌冬结识，以师徒相称的两个人就此卷入这起案件中，案件环环相扣迷雾迭出，两人在不断涉险的情况下一路追逐真相，最终也因这一路的陪伴而情愫暗生。。
