影片主要讲述了在城墙根下一个不起眼的街巷中，有一家“解忧理发店”，来这里理发的客人可以随意吐露心声，老板阿权都会耐心地听每一位顾客讲述他们的故事，阿权自己的内心也有一个小世界，他坚信流星雨到来的时候，所有的愿望都能实现，可是却没人相信。直到有一天他遇见了身患绝症的女孩叶蓁蓁，俩人互生情愫……。After investing all his savings to travel with his son to the World Cup, Lucho is shocked when he learns that the Argentine team gets disqualified from the games. He and a handful of his co-workers, a flashy group of losers about to lose their jobs, decide to take "justice into their own hands", so they devise a plan to steal the celebrated World Cup trophy during it...。
