牛大福（廖伟雄）和小翠（林颖娴）离开村庄，饼店就由牛大妈（李香琴）和她的契女（吴茜薇）打理。而牛大妈因为契女脸上有胎痣，因此一直很担心她的婚事。月老和他们结识后，时常到她家控访，所以知道牛大妈的心事，于是透露了契女的姻缘注定是跟一位书生成亲。 同时村里一间妓院走了一位妓女初七（梁佩玲）出来，原来她是被人迫良为娼的，逃走出来后被牛大妈所救。刚巧妓院来了一名书生（李中宁），他实是一名盗贼，假扮书生到妓院偷东西，逃走时碰到初七，惊为天人，决意要娶她为妻，然而初七拒绝了他。 另一方面，一位穷书生（林立洋）晕倒在牛大妈的饼店门前，为牛大妈和契女所救，契女为穷书生倾心，但神女有心，襄王无梦。按月老的安排，穷书生应配契女，假书生配初七，但送子娘娘认为他们的身份和样貌完全不配，与月老发生意见，于是施法令众人发生误会，故意制造机会予他们。月老同时又施法跟送子娘娘作对，...。When Joan’s husband dies, she is shocked to discover he had invented an elixir which makes the drinker look young again.
