A boy is haunted by terrifying nightmares where a monster lurks inside the closet. To his relief, his father appears in the middle of the night helping him to face his fears. But the boy will begin to question the true nature of these apparitions, having to face the truth about his father's destiny and the evil force that threatens to consume him.。現今香港人工作忙碌，放工時間越來越晚，下班回家，街市攤檔也許已經關門。除了購入新鮮食材有困難之外，單身人士、同居小情侶，要煮一餐好餸亦不容易。由於食用份量少，買食材較難預算，此時便利店或是大家的「救星」。便利店不但營業時間長，而且內裡的食物種類繁多，即吃食品、零食等一應俱全。加上有名廚「保哥」黃亞保在節目中教路，只需藉着簡單步驟，便利店食物也可變成美味佳餚。。
