影片讲述了8位遭遇中年危机的男人的故事，他们的名字都是一个单单的大写字母来代替，各个故事之间并没有关联。。为了能顺利考上哈佛，尹嘉薰（吴宣萱饰）转学到了一所国际高中。为了拿到180个课外学分以提高被哈佛录取的几率，积极投奔学校的各种课外活动，并成功进入话剧社。但是，慢慢地，嘉薰发现，其他人只是因为真心喜欢才参与活动。逐渐的，嘉薰发生了转变，开始享受这些活动给自己带来的快乐。嘉薰还因此收获了友情和爱情。。Three Plebs join the army in peace-time, hoping to win respect, romance and military discounts at selected restaurants.
