赛文三年来一直躺在病床上，当医生向赛文的父母下了病危通知书后，他俩凭着对儿子的了解，做了些自以为能满足儿子遗愿的事情，并把赛文将要去世的消息告诉了赛文的两个发小，俊俊和山猪。两个发小也凭着自己的一厢情愿帮赛文完成遗愿，结果事与愿违，不仅没达到目的还闯了祸。种种的迹象令赛文起了疑心，当他从山猪的口中得知自己将要去世的消息后，赛文说出了在自己心中压抑了许久的愿望：他要成为一个真正的男人。山猪和俊俊一时手足无措，但为了兄弟间的友情，他俩还是答应帮赛文完成愿望。在这过程中，山猪和俊俊不仅要背着赛文的父母，还要遭到各种不理解带来的伤害，他俩要像大人做出决定，这场提早到来的成人礼能否达成所愿？。Claudia and Maria, roam the streets of the city of Guatemala.
