《决不妥协》是一部涉及经济犯罪、医疗纠纷、报复杀人的伦理剧：2006年2月12日夜里9时08分，医生张路（徐路饰）全力抢救一个叫小敏的受伤女患者，张路尽了最大努力，但小敏还是因为大出血而离开了这个世界。小敏的母亲杜丽（宋春丽饰）悲痛欲绝，对张路兴师问罪，认为是张路的失职导致女儿的离去。。本剧讲述了元朝末年，少林寺与大漠之王共同埋下一笔巨额财宝，藏宝图一分为二，各执一半。商定非国家危难之时，不得动用。但不知何时，天机已泄。数年后，少林寺主持圆寂，镇寺袈裟被盗，继任主持不语大师蒙冤身陷囚牢，佛家净地，风云顿起。在此多事之秋，贫苦少年张三丰、杨轨山、小莲邂遇在少林，故事由此展开。。Sergeant Voight tries to find out who is behind the murder of Jin, and come up with the unbelievable discovery and learned that Sergeant Edwin Stillwell playing a double game with the intention of getting out on the surface of the big fish along with Voight.
