祖儿同柏芝自赢了大赛后因争仔而决裂，水晶晶领队杨生邀请柏芝及冬阴功加入有3T及军婆坐镇的水晶晶。柏芝加入后与军婆组成Twins，大杀四方，更连挫祖儿的水蜜蜜。祖儿与队长伊健为救球队，决定千里昭昭邀请正在巡回演出的隆婆归队。后来，村长决定派水晶晶队代表清迈出赛，杨生决定加入新血，放逐柏芝与冬阴功。柏芝与祖儿言归于好，回归水蜜蜜，迎战水晶晶，结果……。The TARDIS lands in London on Christmas Eve, 1851 and almost immediately the Doctor hears his name being called. When he meets the woman shouting for him she fails to recognise him and continues calling until another man arrives and claims to be the Doctor and acknowledges the woman, Rosita, as his companion. The Doctor then attempts to help the newcomer lasso a man-size dog-li...。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。
