Along the way, however, a gang of terrorists hijack the sub in an attempt to launch a bioweapon attack ...。刚从美国回来的周勤想回国发展自己的事业，来到了昔日教授刘子纯任职的永盛集团，担任了证券部经理一职，并偶遇了已与吴刚相恋的前女友曼芳。然而，周勤上任不久，财务总监贺子欣自杀了，而调查此案的正是周的情敌吴刚。因为周颇得总栽的赏识，遭到了副总栽陈权的嫉妒。陈权带了新的秘书KACY来参加舞会，并让KACY去接近周勤，这时，吴刚突然出现，带走了刘子纯协助调查贺子欣自杀一案。。
